This Disclaimer governs your use of the mobile game Spider to the Fly ("the App"), published by CFDR (Cyber Fitness – Discipline Rewired). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is provided for entertainment purposes only. While we try to keep the App working well and free of errors, we make no guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

"As is" and "as available"

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFDR and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to loss of game data, device issues, or any amounts spent on in-app purchases.

Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Advertising is configured as child-directed, non-personalised, and limited to a "G" (general audiences) content rating. We do not create the adverts and do not control their exact content. We are not responsible for the products, services, or websites featured in third-party adverts. If you believe an advert is inappropriate, please contact us and we will pass the report to Google.

In-app purchases

The App offers an optional one-time purchase to remove advertising. All purchases are final and are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Refund requests must be made through the relevant store. The ad-free upgrade removes advertising only and provides no other benefit.

External links and services

The App may open external services such as your device's app store (to rate the App) or your device's sharing tools (to share the App). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service, store, or website you reach in this way.

Spider to the Fly is intended to be a family-friendly game. It contains advertising unless the ad-free upgrade is purchased, and it offers an in-app purchase.
